The Fiber converters allow for a cost effective method of converting from twisted pair copper cabling into optical fiber. Allowing for safe non metallic cabling to be used outside a building, in areas of electrical interference or where long connections need to be made. Available in simple stand alone single port devices, Rack mounted devices and switched hubs with fiber ports; all in 10/100 or Gigabit Ethernet versions.
