The FiberFab range of Dead Zone Eliminators are designed to help in the testing of FiberOptic Cables when using an OTDR.

The Dead Zone Eliminator is available in a number of configurations to suit the optical length of your OTDRs pulse. The Dead Zone Eliminator is placed between the OTDR and the fiber cable to be tested, the Dead Zone Eliminator effectively eliminates the OTDR’s dead zone, or blind spot, so the entire length of the test cable can be measured.

The Dead Zone Eliminator also has a range of connector styles to make installation easier. These connectors and adapters are taken from the already proven range of FiberFab optical components.
