The wall boxes allow for simple fiber termination in areas where a distribution cabinet can not be used. These can be simple 4 port boxes to substantial 16 port IP55 boxes; there is a box for every application.

In data networking the 19” 1u patch panel is the mainstay of the distribution chain. The FiberFab range starts with the simple Pizza box design to give low cost simple distribution where price is paramount, these available in 24 or 2u 48 port designs offer great value for money. The exciting new 1u sliding tray panel is designed to be totally flexible, it can be used as a standard 24 splice panel or slot in three MPO to MT-RJ pre-loaded modules and the panel can support 36 duplex fiber channels (72 ports).

In telecommunications very large fiber counts is the norm, and the distribution/splice panel has very different requirements to the data-communication market.
